Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a least Certificate or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.

  • At least 3 year working experience as a Maintenace Supervisor or Executive preferably in a Shopping Complex environment.

  • Experience in electrical, plumbing and repairing works.

  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.

  • Independent, reliable with high integrity and takes initiative.

Responsibilities

  • To lead the technical team on the day-to-day operations of SOGO Merdeka 118.

  • To advise and lead the team to ensure the building system is properly functioning and maintained.

  • To ensure works are carried out in accordance with all safety specifications and in compliance to SOP.

  • Must be able to produce and compile the required M&E service reports for reporting purposes.
