Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and other relevant labour regulations.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Candidates who can join immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, employee relations, attendance and leave administration, compensation and benefits, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Support departmental hiring needs by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection.
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
Develop, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Assist management in workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention initiatives.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR documentation.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize employee engagement activities, welfare programs, team-building events, and company functions.
Recommend and administer employee benefits and wellness initiatives.
Manage employee insurance matters, including enrolment, termination, claims, and renewals.
Administration & Office Management
Assist management in developing and updating job descriptions across departments.
Manage office administration, including stationery procurement, office maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
Maintain company agreements, contracts, licenses, and related administrative documentation.
Ensure a safe, healthy, and productive working environment for employees and visitors.
Business Support
Act as the primary contact person for HR-related legal and compliance matters.
Provide HR advice and recommendations to management regarding employee development, performance, and organizational improvement.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
