Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least an Higher Secondary / STPM / ’A’ level / Pre-U, Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Education / Teaching / Training / or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with good command in spoken and written in English
  • Possess responsible, energetic & positive mindset
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia languages will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy
  • At least At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from the education industry

Responsibilities

  • To conduct English lessons for PMR, SPM students to working adults
  • To develop and deliver lesson plans following syllabus & curriculum
  • To convey prepared lessons plan whilst using appropriate teaching methods
  • To establish and maintain performance and quality awareness among students
  • To access, evaluate and review each student’s overall performances and progresses
  • To guide, facilitate and motivate students to enable their competency, knowledge and discipline development
  • Able to diversify teaching approach in relevant to the students’ ability to cope
  • Guileless in undertaking all assignments set by the school
