Available Positions:

Junior Accounts Executive

Salary: RM2,000 and above (depending on qualifications and experience)

Senior Accounts Executive

Salary: RM3,200 and above (depending on qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process payments, invoices, claims, and other accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.
• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements Junior Accounts Executive

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Senior Accounts Executive

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or Xero.
