Job Responsibility
1. Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment & selection, training and development, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, industrial relations, and employee discipline-related matters.
2. Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing and screening of candidates, coordination and arrangement of interviews, preparation of salary proposals, onboarding/orientation of new hires, and exit interviews.
4. Develop and manage job advertisements on recruitment portals and other sourcing channels, monitor recruitment effectiveness, and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
5. Administer employee disciplinary processes, including investigation of misconduct cases, preparation and issuance of show cause letters, warning letters, suspension letters, coordination of domestic inquiries, and recommendation of appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labour regulations.
6. Provide advice to management and employees on recruitment, disciplinary and industrial relations matters to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant practices.
7. Manage employee grievances to minimize disputes, promote harmonious industrial relations, and support employee morale.
8. Oversee the issuance of employee correspondence letters such as confirmation, acceptance of resignation, transfer, warning letters, and other HR-related communications.
9. Manage and implement the company’s learning and development initiatives.
10. Responsible for canteen management, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness, food price monitoring, and verification of canteen invoices.
11. Responsible for hostel management for workers, including periodic inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with government requirements.
12. Supervise site workers to ensure cleanliness of the office and factory premises.
13. Maintain and ensure HR policies and procedures comply with audit and statutory requirements.
14. Manage day-to-day HR operational tasks and documentation.
15. To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
