Achieve assigned sales targets and KPI.

Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

Conduct regular customer visits and presentations.

Attend exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and marketing events.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, tenders, and purchase orders.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Explain instrument specifications, applications, and advantages to customers.

Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.

Coordinate sample testing or application studies when required.

Work closely with principals/manufacturers for technical support.

Understand customer workflows and laboratory requirements.

Prepare quotations, costing, and tender documents.

Ensure accuracy of specifications and pricing.

Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.

Follow up closely until order closure.

Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate service support.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Update sales reports regularly.

Coordinate with: Service engineers, Logistics team, Finance department, Product managers, Overseas principals/suppliers

Ensure smooth delivery, installation, and payment collection process.

Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Update sales pipeline and opportunity status.

Submit activity reports to management and principals.
