Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience at the tea shop.

Prepare and serve a variety of tea-based beverages and other menu items accurately and efficiently, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, and manage daily cash reconciliation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea shop, including the service counter, seating areas, and back-of-house, following health and safety regulations.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock, monitoring inventory levels, and informing management of low stock items.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.

Communicate clearly and politely with customers and colleagues in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
