Requirements
Education: Possess minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or above.
Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, office operations, or customer service roles is preferred.(Candidates with strong operational experience in enrichment/educational centers will have a distinct advantage).
Core Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong digital literacy.
Competencies: Highly organised, meticulous, independent, resourceful, and reliable with a friendly and pleasant personality.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to speak basic Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage (to communicate with vernacular-speaking parents/suppliers).
Execution: Strong capability in structured filing, documentation control, and basic office management.
Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management: Oversee daily center operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and parents.
Compliance & Log Tracking:Maintain and execute centerStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs), accurately updating daily operational journals and security checklists.
Documentation & Digital Filing: Manage physical and digital student records, folders, and teaching materials with high data accuracy and confidentiality.
Customer Service & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for frontline inquiries, handling student attendance, parent walk-ins, and phone coordination professionally.
Inventory & Supplier Coordination: Monitor center supplies, manage printing volume efficiently, and coordinate with external vendors or suppliers for maintenance needs.
