•⁠  ⁠Follow up and manage enquiries generated by the company.

•⁠  ⁠Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable recommendations.

•⁠  ⁠Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.

•⁠  ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenants, investors, and business owners.

•⁠  ⁠Negotiate rental and sale terms between property owners and clients.

•⁠  ⁠Assist clients throughout the transaction process until deal closure.

•⁠  ⁠Update customer records and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.

•⁠  ⁠Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

•⁠  ⁠Good communication and negotiation skills.

•⁠  ⁠Self-motivated and result-oriented.

•⁠  ⁠Possess own transport and own laptop

•⁠  ⁠Experience in property sales is an advantage.

•⁠  ⁠Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
