Requirements
• Follow up and manage enquiries generated by the company.
• Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
• Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, tenants, investors, and business owners.
• Negotiate rental and sale terms between property owners and clients.
• Assist clients throughout the transaction process until deal closure.
• Update customer records and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Responsibilities
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Possess own transport and own laptop
• Experience in property sales is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
