Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role

Strong understanding of engineering principles, electrical and mechanical systems, and troubleshooting techniques

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and documentation

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service

Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders

Willingness to travel to client sites as required

Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of our engineering products and systems

Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them resolve issues and maximise the performance of our solutions

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend actions to improve system reliability

Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems

Maintain detailed records of all service activities and report on project status

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new services
