• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, quotations, and proposals to customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers in accordance with company policies.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to customers and management.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development reports.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and ISO requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
