JOB ROLE

To perform all repairs / upgrade and renovate works required in order to facilities, furnishings and

equipment and maintaining them at a high degree of efficiency and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To assist the Maintenance team in performing all aspects of maintenance works.

2. To strictly adhere to safety procedures set by your superior at all times when carrying out duties.

3. To ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to

guests and members of the public.

JOB DUTIES

1. To repairs/upgrading and perform renovation work on behalf of the department

2. To report work accomplished and work remaining to be completed to supervisor

3. To ensure the work performed are done properly, completely, and timely.

4. To perform any other work required by Management.
