Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, and cost control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Experience in building and infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Evaluate quotations and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and project cost reports.
Monitor project costs and ensure expenditures remain within budget.
Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Assist in contract administration and project documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams on cost-related matters.
Conduct site measurements and valuations when required.
