Job Description & Details
Position: HR Executive (Recruitment)
Company: RedRadar International Sdn Bhd
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: No. 14 -1, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

Job Scope
1) Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, CV submissions, interview arrangements, and billings.
2) Meet and exceed individual KPI targets for CV submissions, calls, and interview sessions.
3) Establish and nurture strong relationships with key account clients.
4) Adapt to client requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
5) Identify and resolve recruitment challenges efficiently.
6) Maintain an up-to-date database of applicants, hires, and recruitment costs for analysis and reporting.
7) Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Requirements / Preferred Qualities

3) Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
4) Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
