Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Manage and control all project costs from inception to completion.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.

Analyze costs and ensure projects remain within budget.

Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors on costs and contracts.

Conduct site visits to track project progress and cost-related matters.

Prepare monthly cost reports and updates for management.

Liaise with clients, engineers, and architects on financial matters.
