KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Perform dialysis procedures and operate dialysis machines safely.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis care, medication, diet, and fluid management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to provide quality patient care.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and patient needs.
• Attend training and stay updated on dialysis care practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Possessed current APC
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in renal care will be an added advantage
• Must be able to commit to rotating shifts
