KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Operate dialysis machines and ensure treatments are carried out safely.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on dialysis care.
• Conduct routine clinic checks and support quality improvement activities.
• Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams to provide the best patient care.
• Handle emergencies and provide immediate support when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support staff training and competency development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Possessed Post Basic Renal Dialysis Nursing Certification.
• Possessed current APC
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
