Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Administration or equivalent.
Having at least 5 years of experiences in related field.
Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
Knowledge in human resources management and internal control policy and procedure.
Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Handle and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks
Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
Liaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters (DOE, DOSH, JTK).
Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.
To oversee, manage control human resources and administration for the company.
Arranging service and record for machineries.
Plan, purchase and manage office supplies, equipment
Assisting accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and supplier payment arrangement.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
