Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within retail, food & beverage, or hospitality industries.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and customer service best practices.


Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including retail, food and beverage, and customer service.

  • Ensure that all sections of the outlet function smoothly and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, food and beverage, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.

Staff Supervision

  • Hire, train, and manage employees across various departments within the outlet (cashiers, service crew, kitchen staff, customer service, etc.).

  • Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure the outlet is adequately staffed at all times.

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any employee performance issues.

Customer Experience & Service Quality

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and a positive experience.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure that all team members deliver excellent customer service and engage with visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure that customers and staff remain safe at all times.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state. and national regulations regarding health. safety, and food handling standards.

  • Ensure that all equipment mid facilities undergo regular maintenance checks and remain in top operating condition.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage the budget for the outlet, ensuring it remains within set financial goals.

  • Monitor revenue and expenses, including sales, promotions, and food and beverage profitability.

  • Identify opportunities to increase profitability through strategic sales initiatives and operational improvements.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet through advertisements, social media, and special campaigns.

  • Develop and implement seasonal promotions, pricing strategies, and loyalty programs to attract more customers.

  • Plan and execute special events or sales campaigns to boost traffic and revenue.

Maintenance & Facility Management

  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet, including service areas, seating, and restrooms.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any repairs or infrastructure upgrades.

  • Ensure the outlet maintains an aesthetically pleasing and hygienic environment at all times.

Event Planning & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate in-store events, promotions, or product launches.

  • Ensure that event offerings align with the branding and objectives of the outlet.

  • Work with vendors, performers, or partners to enhance customer engagement experiences.

Risk Management & Emergency Response

  • Prepare for and respond to emergency situations, such as accidents, power outages, or unforeseen disruptions.

  • Ensure that all staff are trained in emergency protocols, including first aid and evacuation procedures.

  • Conduct safety drills and reviews to keep emergency procedures up to date.

Reporting"  Communication

  • Regularly report to upper management regarding operational performance, customer feedback, financial status, and any challenges faced.

  • Maintain effective communication between different teams and departments within the outlet.

  • Review customer feedback and make improvements based on visitor suggestions or complaints.

Sustainability"  Environmental Management

  • Implement sustainable practices to minimize the outlet's environmental impact.

  • Work on waste reduction. energy conservation, and responsible sourcing or products and materials.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement long-term plans for the outlet's growth and service enhancements.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure the outlet remains competitive and relevant in the market.
