Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Professional certifications in operations, project management, or quality management are an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management within service, retail, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, or facilities management industries.
At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience managing multiple locations or outlets or regions is preferred.
Experience handling service operations, maintenance teams, and vendor management.
Working Hours: Monday to Weekend/ Public Holiday (10.30am - 7.00pm), Wednesday (Off Day)

Responsibilities
Assist HQ to handle day-to-day Company affairs as well as executing task and business plan to the group.
Collaborate with HQ to define the organization vision, mission and goals. To formulate strategic objective, initiatives and action plans to achieve them.
Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, HOD as well external partners to gather input, build consensus and align strategies with organization goals.
To handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
In charge of full spectrum of sales, customer service and operations with clear mandate of generating business growth in local market.
Develop new avenues of business with existing and new business partners.
Identify new markets and develop new strategies that capitalize on the growth opportunities.
Drive productivity to maximize resource utilization. Plan, lead, manage and monitor resources on a day-to-day basis.
Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
Anticipate the HQs need and proactively provide support to enhance productivity and efficiency.
