Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including:
Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Admin Center / Microsoft Azure
Microsoft 365 applications and administration
Exchange Server
Knowledge of Jira Atlassian is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
Respond to technical queries from internal staff via phone, email, or in person.
Maintain daily performance and reliability of computer systems.
Ensure documentation is up to date and perform regular housekeeping.
Guide users through the problem-solving process.
Run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, and other system-related problems.
Install and configure computer peripherals for users.
Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
