Perform routine maintenance and inspections on homestay facilities, equipment, and appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.

Carry out basic electrical repairs, including lighting, power points, and minor wiring issues.

Handle plumbing maintenance such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and repairing water-related issues.

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting air-conditioning and ventilation systems.

Perform general repair works, including painting, carpentry, and minor building maintenance.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain and organize maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Follow company policies, safety procedures, and relevant regulations when carrying out maintenance work.

Coordinate with team members and external contractors when required.

Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and materials used.

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of homestay facilities, equipment, and appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and appliance-related issues.

Carry out repair and replacement works as required, following safety procedures and company standards.
