Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily outlet sales and overall team performance.
• Support, guide, and supervise outlet team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and workplace behavior.
• Act as the main communication bridge between HQ and Kuching outlets.
• Prepare and submit weekly operational reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Experience in retail operations or as a Team Leader / Supervisor.
• Hands-on, disciplined, and responsible with strong leadership qualities.
• Own transport required for traveling between Kuching outlets (Saradise, Vivacity, Aeon Mall).
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for operational meetings or updates with HQ.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
