Job Descriptions:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, including spare parts, display units, and consumable items.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Perform regular inventory controls, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with quality and audit standards.
• Prepare and fulfill orders in a timely manner, including picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and dispatching items.
• Receive, unload, label, and store inventory in designated storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized storeroom, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Collect and dispatch documents and spare parts as required.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification: STPM or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer usage with good knowledge of software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, etc..)
• Able to manage, update, and maintain accurate records using computerized systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling data accurately.
• Physically fit and willing to perform warehouse and operational tasks when required.
