Job Description:

• Monitor servers, routers, firewalls, and network performance using monitoring tools
• Detect and respond to system outages and performance issues promptly
• Troubleshoot network issues such as IP, routing, and remote access problems
• Log, track, and escalate technical incidents to senior engineers when needed
• Install system updates and support basic network security and maintenance tasks

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, IT or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic to strong knowledge of networking concepts and systems
• Able to troubleshoot and solve network or technical issues
• Understanding of network security practices is an advantage
• Willing to work on shift duties (including nights, weekends, and public holidays)
• Good communication skills and able to work independently or in a team
