Proficiency in accurately monitoring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).

Experience or willingness to learn how to assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Ability to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility as needed.

Accurately measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, reporting any abnormalities to the physician or nurse.

Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and have the necessary information.

Assist physicians and nurses during examinations and procedures by providing instruments, supplies, and support.

Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring examination rooms are stocked and tidy.

Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures as directed, such as collecting specimens and preparing samples for analysis.

Educate patients and their families on basic health information, treatment plans, and follow-up care under the guidance of healthcare professionals.

Manage patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information, vital signs, and care provided.

Respond to patient calls and requests promptly and courteously, addressing their needs and concerns.

Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and a safe healthcare environment.
