Diploma or LCCI in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance.
Basic knowledge of accounts payable, accounting entries, and reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience using accounting software; ERP system knowledge is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate financial records.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start within short notice or one (1) month notice period.

Job Description:
Accounts Payable & Payments
Match supplier and contractor invoices with monthly statements.
Request DN/CN for discrepancies.
Process online payments and prepare payment vouchers.
Reconcile payments with invoices payable.
Outlet Expenses & Accounting
Process monthly petty cash claims and reconcile with sales/expenses.
Record monthly depreciation entries.
Documentation & Filing
Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment vouchers, payroll records, and other accounting documents.
