Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university, preferably second upper class (2:1) degree or above.

0-2 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice, preferably within a firm of similar size or practice area.

Strong interest in the field of capital market, corporate & commercial as well as real estate.

Comfortable with working with foreign counterparts in cross border transactions.

Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in legal analysis.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for client interaction and document review.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professional conduct.

Conduct comprehensive legal research on various case matters, statutes, and regulations to support legal strategies and advise clients.

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company standards.

Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, effectively communicating complex legal concepts and potential outcomes.

Analyse legal issues, identify potential risks, and develop practical solutions for clients' legal challenges.

Manage and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored.

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant authorities to gather information and facilitate the legal process.

Stay abreast of changes in legislation and legal precedents relevant to the firm's practice areas and client base.

Regularly advise Mandarin speaking clients and PRC institutions or clients.
