Responsibilities
· Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
· Respond to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public.
· Maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels display.
· Order items (consumables) within and outside department.
· Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere.
· Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines / products.
· Assisting to inquiry of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer.
· To provide highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers.
· Building relationship with the customers.
