Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Manager in the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training administration, performance management, employee welfare & general office administration.
· Ensure efficient and effective operations of HR & Admin department functions and activities.
· Administer foreign workers’ work permit application, renewal & cancellations.
· Liaising with foreign workers agent as and when required.
· Manage and control employee benefits utilization such as overtime, wages, allowances, leaves & staff medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines.
· Generating of letters such as new employment, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, contract renewal and etc.
· Responsible for employee group insurance scheme and updating, telephone system, office security system, maintenance of office equipment, monitoring company licenses and other related administration work.
· Ensure organization’s manpower requirement are fulfilled at all time through timely and effective recruitment, selection and retention strategies.
· Ensure training & development programs achieved organization’s objectives of enhancing employee’s performance and meet the current and future human resource needs.
· Conduct the orientation program for newly join staffs and organize the staff activities.
· Ensure proper adherence to all HR policies and procedures by all employee and in compliance with relevant governmental rules and regulations.
· Ensure HR & Admin functions comply with all standard or certifications adopted in the organization form time to time.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
