ME-Plas (M) Hiring! Full Time Purchasing Executive in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Handle purchasing activities for production spare parts, consumable items, and raw materials from local and overseas suppliers.
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Liaise with shipping agents and suppliers for overseas shipments and import arrangements.
• Monitor purchase orders, shipment status, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing documents in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Process and follow up on Material Requisition Slip (MRS) approvals from management.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all purchasing records.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior or management.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Working experience in purchasing or procurement will be an advantage.
• Experience in handling overseas purchasing and shipping coordination will be an advantage.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 documentation and procedures will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
