Minimum SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.

Fresh graduate or minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Excellent Technical Skills relevant to manufacturing processes.

Ability to understand and follow technical drawings and specifications.

Perform assembly, testing, finishing, and production activities.

Operate and maintain production equipment while ensuring product quality and compliance with work instructions.

Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery and tools.

Conduct quality inspections, including pressure and functional testing.

Support production planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate production records, including output, material usage, and quality data, for reporting and analysis.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and problem resolution.

Follow safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
