Lok Kawi Plastic Industries Hiring! Full Time Sales Administration Assistant in Sabah, Earn up to MYR 1,700 - Ricebowl

Qualification/Requirement:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.

· Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers, clients or shareholders.

· Possess valid D license & own transport.

· Mature, customer oriented, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Possess the flexibility to outstation when required.

· Willing to work at Lok Kawi area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange Finished Goods (FG) delivery.
• To issues sales documents:
• Sales order.
• Proforma invoice.
• Invoice.
• Debit note. (i.e. under bill in prior invoice)
• Mobilise sales related distributions.
• Filling arrangements of sales online and offline documents.
• Receive and serve walk in customers.
• Answering incoming customer phone calls or inquiries.
• Reply and provide feedback for online inquiries on sales related matters. (if any)
• Perform all administration task on sales related matters.
• Ensure all documents prepared according to company’s Standard Operation Procedures. (SOP)

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
