Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate).

1-2 years of proven experience in property administration, leasing, or a related real estate role.

Proficiency in general office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).

Demonstrated experience in lease administration, including managing lease agreements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse clientele.

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail in managing property-related tasks.

Understanding of the Malaysian property market and relevant regulations is a plus.

Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meet tenant expectations.

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of property operations, including repairs, maintenance, renovations, and vendor management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to lease terms and company standards.

Assist in the development and management of property budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing profitability.

Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests, resolving issues efficiently.

Assist in setting up an effective lease administration filling system, maintaining and updating of all records

To assist in inter-dept coordination for Fit-Out, Operation, Security, Promotions, Building Maintenance and Insurance
