Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent

  • Basic math and cash handling skills

  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication skills

  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply

  • This restaurant is a non-halal establishment

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries

  • Process transactions accurately (cash, credit/debit, gift cards) using POS systems

  • Take in-person and phone orders, upsell menu items, and coordinate with kitchen staff

  • Handle cash responsibly, including balancing cash drawer at the start and end of shifts

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter, waiting area, and dining area
