Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and answering inquiries
Process transactions accurately (cash, credit/debit, gift cards) using POS systems
Take in-person and phone orders, upsell menu items, and coordinate with kitchen staff
Handle cash responsibly, including balancing cash drawer at the start and end of shifts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter, waiting area, and dining area
