Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to tables, and provide menus

Reservation Management: Handle phone bookings, walk-ins, and manage the reservation system

Seating Flow: Coordinate with servers to balance guest load and minimize wait times

Communication: Answer phone inquiries regarding hours, location, and menu items

Front-of-House Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Support Duties: Assist servers with basic tasks when necessary

Complaint Resolution: Handle initial guest concerns professionally
