Job Summary:
The Junior HR Recruiter supports the recruitment team in executing end-to-end hiring activities for both full-time and part-time positions. This role involves candidate sourcing, interview coordination, administrative support, and maintaining recruitment records to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for full-time and part-time roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and trackers
• Support employer branding activities and recruitment marketing
• Support onboarding processes, including offer letters and documentation
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with ad-hoc HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Prior internship or part-time experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
