任职资格
- Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in property administration, leasing, or a related real estate role.
- Proficiency in general office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Demonstrated experience in lease administration, including managing lease agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team in a hybrid work environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail in managing property-related tasks.
- Understanding of the Malaysian property market and relevant regulations is a plus.
岗位职责
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and meet tenant/owner expectations.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of property operations, including repairs, maintenance, renovations, and vendor management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify potential issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests, resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in setting up an effective lease administration filling system, maintaining and updating of all records
- To assist in inter-dept coordination for Fit-Out, Operation, Security, Building Maintenance, Utilites and Insurance
