Provide technical support during live broadcasts, ensuring smooth operation of cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming equipment.

Assist the production team in setting up and tearing down broadcast equipment before and after live events.

Monitor live streams for quality control, identifying and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise in real-time.

Manage and organize broadcast content, including pre-recorded segments, graphics, and lower thirds, ensuring timely insertion during the live show.

Collaborate with the broadcast director and other team members to execute the production plan effectively.

Maintain an inventory of broadcast equipment and supplies, reporting any damages or shortages.

Support the content management process by uploading, organizing, and archiving broadcast assets.

Communicate clearly and effectively with on-air talent, crew, and remote participants.

Adapt quickly to changing production needs and troubleshoot unexpected challenges during live broadcasts.

Ensure all broadcast activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

Assist the broadcast team in setting up and managing live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and encoders, ensuring all technical aspects are operational before and during broadcasts.

Monitor live streams for technical issues, such as signal loss, audio problems, or video quality degradation, and provide immediate troubleshooting and support to resolve them.

Support the content management process by uploading, organizing, and tagging video assets, ensuring timely availability of content for live shows and post-broadcast VOD.

Collaborate with producers and hosts to ensure smooth transitions between segments, manage on-screen graphics, and cue video playback during live broadcasts.

Provide technical support to on-air talent and remote guests, assisting with connectivity, audio levels, and overall broadcast experience.

Help in the preparation of broadcast rundowns, scripts, and cue sheets, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and readily accessible.

Participate in post-broadcast activities, including logging footage, archiving assets, and contributing to debrief sessions to identify areas for improvement in future broadcasts.
