Requirements
Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma in Business or related field is an advantage
2 years experience in sales admin / coordinator role
Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to handle multitask
Willing to support roadshows (including weekends if required)
Responsibilities
Support sales team in daily operations and order processing
Coordinate with warehouse on stock, delivery, and order fulfillment
Assist in operating e-commerce platforms (e.g. product listing, pricing, stock)
Monitor online orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
Assist in planning and execution of roadshows and events
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders
Perform administrative and ad hoc duties
