Requirements
- Must have at least Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related technical field.
- 1 – 3 year experience in QAQC laboratory specially within dry-mix mortar or building materials manufacturing.
- Equipped with computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in areas of quality and safety at workplace.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Responsibilities
- Test raw materials, monitor in progress manufacturing and verify finished dry cement sand base products and coating.
- Ensure products meet the industry standards and customer expectations.
- Control samples at QAQC department. Prepare and update inspection specs and report for production improvement.
- Responsible on lab scheduled waste management, lab chemical inventory, raw material and finished goods labelling followed CLASS and USECHH regulation.
- Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the company and ensure all employees follow the quality requirements.
