Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma

  • Good communication and customer-friendly skills

  • Proficient in computer usage

  • Willing to work on weekends & public holidays

  • Experienced in retail or sales

Responsibilities

  • Close sales and upsell products

  • Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Provide clear and accurate product explanations

  • Assist customers in choosing products that suit their needs

  • Handle sales transactions (cash, QR, card)

  • Achieve assigned sales targets

  • Pack orders

  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store

  • Arrange products and manage inventory
