Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and branding activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about visual design, branding and digital marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency and supporting various marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities ;
Graphic Design & Branding
- Create and develop creative artwork for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.
- Design marketing materials including social media visuals, website banners, advertisements, posters, brochures, catalogues and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels.
- Maintain and improve the visual presentation of the company's digital and printed materials.
- Assist in developing campaign concepts and creative design solutions.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.
Marketing Support
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and Management to support branding and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify current design and marketing trends.
- Assist in preparing visual materials for presentations, events, exhibitions, and corporate activities.
- Support website graphic updates and digital marketing campaigns when required.
Creative Development
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative techniques, and industry best practices.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet company quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Visual Communication, Marketing or related field.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience, freelance projects, university assignments or portfolio work will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent design software.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Personal Attributes
