Requirements
- Possessed good basic computer skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ability to take initiative to report to superior on work progress, discrepancies and proposed solutions (if necessary) on timely basis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and financial information
- Ability to multi-tasks and prioritise on workload based on urgency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Handle basic accounts including AP, AR
- Able to perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, monthly claim, daily payment issuance, daily collection and submission as per date line
- Cross-departmental coordination and problem-solving
- To ensure data and records are kept up to date
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
