Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about kitchen operations and willing to follow instructions.
Physically fit and able to work in a hot and demanding kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and complete food preparation tasks before operations begin.
Cook, grill, and assemble burgers according to JNC Burger's SOPs and standards.
Ensure consistent food quality for every customer order.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work area at all times.
Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Manager and ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Store and manage stock properly, and inform management when stock levels are running low.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is used, cleaned, and sanitized according to established procedures.
Assist with other duties such as packing, cleaning, and closing shift operations.
Comply with food hygiene and food safety requirements at all times while working.
