• Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma or equivalent in IT, Networking, Telecommunications or related field.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English / Chinese / Bahasa Malaysia.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts and network device installation.

• Familiar with switches, routers, access points, firewalls, and structured cabling systems.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting is an advantage.

• Possess a positive, patient and responsible personality.

• Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility and time-management skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel/outstation when required.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Network Installation & Configuration

• Install, configure and maintain network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.

• Perform network setup and basic configuration according to project requirements.

• Assist in testing and commissioning of network systems.

Network Support & Maintenance

• Monitor and maintain network performance and connectivity.

• Troubleshoot network devices and connectivity issues.

• Assist in system maintenance and preventive checks to ensure stable network operations.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware issues.

• Provide technical support during project deployment and maintenance.

• Escalate major technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.

Documentation

• Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, installation reports, testing reports and handover documentation.

• Update project records and technical documentation regularly.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards during all installation and maintenance activities.

• Ensure proper handling of equipment and tools.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to complete assignments efficiently and on schedule.

• Assist site supervisors and support additional technical tasks when required.
