Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact; answer phones, screen inquiries, and relay messages. Handle correspondence including drafting emails, memos, and reports.
- Schedule Management: Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Clerical Duties: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, photocopy, scan, and bind documents.
- Office Maintenance: Oversee office supplies inventory, order replacements, and coordinate equipment maintenance or vendor visits.
- Travel & Logistics: Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotel, and transport) and prepare expense reports.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Process invoices, assist with basic accounting tasks, and monitor departmental budgets when required.
Cleaner
Core Responsibilities
- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; strip, wax, and polish floors when required.
- Sanitization: Scrub, disinfect, and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches).
- Dusting & Polishing: Dust ceilings, light fixtures, furniture, and room accessories.
- Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
