• University Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Materials Engineering/Chemistry 
• With relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience in Malaysia 
• Ability to adapt quickly into a fast paced and dynamic cleanroom work environment 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Lead the qualification, validation, and debugging of test programs and testers to ensure robust and repeatable test performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to identify and isolate test setup–related issues, driving continuous improvement in First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Work with cross-functional departments and IT to design, implement, and optimize test flows and processes, covering both standard operations and safety-net testing requirements.
• Conduct data-driven commonality and performance analysis using tools such as JMP and IVT.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve test efficiency, coverage, and stability.
• Develop strong technical understanding of test-related hardware (e.g., load boards, probe cards, handlers, sockets).
• Identify hardware-related risks and recommend corrective and preventive improvement actions.
• Support customers during sort/test–related audits by preparing documentation, addressing technical inquiries, and demonstrating compliance with test requirements and best practices.
• Engage with external vendors to troubleshoot, resolve, and improve sort/test–related issues, ensuring alignment with quality, performance, and delivery expectations.
